Viral Video: Alert RPF Jawan Saves Woman’s Life As She Slips & Falls From Moving Train in Bhubaneswar – Explained!

Bhubaneswar: A Railway Protection Force (RPF) personnel’s fast pondering and swift motion saved the lifetime of a girl passenger at Bhubaneswar railway station on Wednesday. The incident came about when the lady tried to get off the transferring practice and, in the method, slipped and practically bought caught in the hole. The practice reached platform No. 3 of Bhubaneswar railway station at round 10.05 a.m. and began transferring from the platform after a halt of 5 minutes, Munda stated, including that the lady passenger solely sought to get off because the practice started transferring. A CCTV footage of the incident has gone viral.

“RPF head constable S. Munda has saved the life of the woman passenger, who slipped while deboarding from Palasa-Cuttack passenger train at platform No.3 of the Bhubaneswar railway station,” railway officers stated.

“I saw that the woman passenger slipped and nearly got stuck in the gap between the train and platformA. At that very moment, I pulled out the woman along with another woman co-passenger (who was also looking to de-board from the train), to the platform and saved her from the jaws of death,” he stated.

Sudhanshu Sarangi, extra DG of police, railway and coastal safety, additionally shared the CCTV video of the incident and praised him.

Netizens lauded the RPF personnel and thanked him for saving the girl’s life. One person wrote, ”He must be rewarded for his bravery and presence of thoughts.”
