Leon Taylor Death – Leon Taylor, a well known footballer has sadly passed at the age of 36.
Leon Taylor lived in Walsall and he was notable across the West Midlands football scene having played for a very long time in the Black Country and Staffordshire, became sick on Wednesday.
Leon Taylor Obituary has not been released yet, family are still mourning the death of their beloved.
He was most as of late at Darlaston Town 1874 and furthermore counted Sporting Khalsa, AFC Wulfrunians, Brocton, Wednesfield, Bloxwich United, Tividale and Walsall Wood among his previous clubs.
Walsall Wood’s present chief Harry Harris, who played for Taylor for quite some time, said:
“He was a very nice guy – I had a lot of good times with him. No one had any problem talking about him and he wouldn’t say bad things about anyone.
“From the first time I joined Walsall Wood I knew we would be good friends forever.”
Darlaston and Shawbury United matches on Saturday were suspended.
Dudley Town paid tribute to Taylor, announcing: “The club is deeply saddened to hear the news of the death of Darlaston Town player Leon Taylor, a successful player, player and father.
“We would like to extend our deepest condolences to Leon’s friends and family, as well as to everyone in Darlaston Town.”
Sporting Khalsa added: “We are saddened to hear the news that former Khalsa player Leon Taylor has died.
“A very good football player and a real gentleman. Our thoughts are with his family & friends this sad time. RIP Leon.”
