Maryland State Police are investigating a deadly taking pictures that occurred Tuesday September 20, 2022, afternoon in Dorchester County.
At about 3:05 p.m. on Tuesday, officers from the Cambridge Police Department responded to a report of photographs fired in the realm of Wood Street and Fairmount Avenue in Cambridge, Maryland. According to a preliminary investigation, Cambridge Police officers canvased the realm and positioned a physique in a wooded space alongside the 600 block of Edgewood Avenue.
The sufferer was recognized as Kevin Dwayne Raeford, 20, of Salisbury, Maryland. Investigators mentioned he had been shot. The Cambridge Police Department secured the scene and requested that the Maryland State Police murder unit deal with the investigation.
Raeford’s physique was transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Baltimore for an post-mortem.
