It was alleged that purchasing of votes was seen throughout many polling items within the governorship election which came about in Ekiti State on Saturday.
Popular human rights activist, Comrade Adeyanju Deji took to his Twitter deal with few hours in the past to specific his anger over how the Ekiti State gubernational election performed out.
Deji who convened a voluntary workforce that monitored the election throughout wards and native Governments of Ekiti, blamed the poor individuals in rural areas for promoting their votes in change for cash.
“The poor people in rural areas and party delegates are our main problems in Nigeria today. I have just been so angry since that rubbish they called an election in Ekiti”, he wrote.
The activist additional reiterated his dedicated to making sure that purchasing of votes is eradicated by looking out for those who would work with him as volunteers in an effort to assist monitor the the forthcoming 2023 basic election.
